🌀 Return and Refund Policy

At Spirit House Gallery, every print and canvas is created with care and intention.
We want you to feel joy when your artwork arrives.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a serious defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo and your order number.
We’ll review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a store credit for a replacement.
In cases of significant damage or printing error, we may issue a full refund instead.

Please note:

• Because each piece is made to order, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind or minor variations in colour or texture — these are part of the charm of artisan production.

• All claims must be made through hi@spirithousegallery.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
